1. Authorised Commercial and Public Use
Permission is hereby granted to use the photographs and images of the artwork featured on this website strictly for the following purposes:

Consignment and Retail Sales: Display on websites, digital platforms, or in physical spaces currently holding the specific artwork for sale.

2. Unauthorised Commercial Use
Any commercial use outside the authorised terms listed above—including but not limited to merchandise creation, commercial advertising unrelated to selling the original piece, or resale of the digital images—is strictly prohibited without express, written permission from the author.
3. Fine Art Prints and Physical Reproductions
The production, distribution, or sale of physical reproductions—including but not limited to numbered limited-edition prints, open-edition prints, giclée prints, or photographic reproductions—is strictly prohibited except under the following conditions:
Written Authorisation Required: No physical prints of the artwork may be created or sold unless expressly authorised under a separate, signed agreement between the artist and the agent, gallery, or publisher.
Exclusive Print Rights: If a valid, written contract specifies that a gallery or agent holds exclusive rights to produce or sell specific print editions (whether limited or open), those exclusive rights will be fully recognised and enforced in accordance with that agreement.
Retained Rights: In the absence of an explicit, written exclusivity agreement, the artist retains all sole rights to produce, number, sign, distribute, and sell fine art prints of their own work.
4. All Other Rights Reserved
All images are for viewing and authorised promotional purposes only. Except as expressly permitted above, no images or text may be reproduced, downloaded, distributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means without prior written consent.
